WET & DRY is an all-purpose flashing cement that forms a tough, moisture-proof film that retains its pliability for a long period of time, enabling it to expand and conform to movement of other materials. WET & DRY is manufactured with specially blended asphalts, refined oils, mineral stabilizers and reinforced with hi-tech asbestos-free fibers.
